Review: "Weight Till Christmas" by Ruth Saberton

Ellie, a car saleswoman (and a darn good one at that!) can't wait to go to her company's Christmas party- if she can squeeze into her dress! Overweight and unfortunately not even a blip on the radar of the hot co-worker that she is desperate to impress, Ellie embarks on a weight loss campaign with her best friend Sam. As the two of them run in the park and share low-fat entrĂ©es, Ellie can feel the fat melting off, but will she lose enough weight in time? And will she impress the man of her dreams?
Weight Till Christmas was a delight to read! As a woman many of us focus on what we will be able to do when we lose a little weight, and this is certainly Ellie's dilemma. She loves food and snacking but hates exercise and this has resulted in her gaining a few more pounds than she ever thought possible. When she gets stuck (hilariously!) in a car, Ellie decides to do something about it. She focuses on how great her life will be when she loses the weight but in doing so she misses the opportunity that is right in front of her face.

Weight till Christmas is a charming read with a romance that is impossible not to cheer for, lovable characters and a fun plot. I loved it and can highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun holiday read! My thanks to the author for providing me with a review copy!
